The project consists of 11 country-style maisonettes and semi-detached houses, of which some are available for sale (resale). The properties are externally partially finished with natural stone to match the traditional style of the whole area. White color prevails in this project and contrasts with the vast, deep green of the surrounding forest.
Platres is considered to be the perfect mountain resort because of the climate. In summer, when it is particularly hot and the humidity is high, the temperature in Platres is much lower, and the climate is milder compared to other cities.

The houses and maisonettes offer a unique opportunity to the resident to enjoy the countryside life of Cyprus and experience the magnificence of rural Limassol’s nature. Quiet but not isolated from the civilization, simple but yet special, these properties in Platres offer you an alternative to the hustle and bustle of the city life. Ideally located in an environment where you can feel and observe the switch from one season to another, urging you to enjoy it in every single instance of the year.
