The Residence is located in the quiet  exclusive residential area of Nicosia  in  Agios Dometios. It is a building of two separate volumes, offering spacious one to four bedroom apartments.

The lobby and circulation are located in the center of the building taking advantage of the distinctive shape of the land creating two separate volumes facing in opposite directions.
