It has new autonomous heating with either heat or gas pump and new inverter air conditioners in all areas. It features new generation A-type aluminum thermal insulation frames with screens. It has also a fireplace, hardwood floors, and a security door. The architectural-decorative study of the renovation of the apartment began in March 2019 and was completed in January 2020 in which all the plumbing and electrical installations were replaced, among other things, following the latest generation specifications. Aesthetically followed a modern minimalist line with classic elements in points. Large single windows frame the green of the outer grove opposite the apartment into the main area and connect it to the outside terrace.
